A parable about wakefulness, duty, and the quiet truths found when the world is asleep. Night opens the sky, and thought shifts into honesty. The stars keep their distance, teaching us ours. My thoughts wander to my children, my husband, my father… and always, still, to my late mum. So many beautiful summers I had with her.
