Clarity begins the moment you stop drifting and choose where your life is meant to go. Winds call wandering hearts. A port chosen calms the sea. Drifting fades to dust. Purpose becomes shore. The worst feeling I truly hate is the feeling of drifting. It’s subtle and quiet — but it terrifies me. Because I know it too well. I’m afraid it has followed me through my whole life, appearing in moments when I lose my direction, when I stop choosing and start reacting, when I let days carry me instead of steering them.
